Week 15: Winners & Losers vs Colts

The Vikings won 39-36 in the largest comeback in NFL History of 33 points to push them to the NFC North Champs and an 11-3 record on the season.

5 Winners of the game

1. Kirk Cousins:

WOW. It seemed like nothing was going right for Kirk Cousins and the offense in the first half, he threw a pick six and the game looked like it was going to go down the drain. BUT, Kirk rallied back and threw for over 400 yards and 4 touchdowns in the second half leading the biggest comeback in NFL History. He led the team to another fourth quarterback and game-winning drive to set up a Greg Joseph field goal.

2. Justin Jefferson:

JJ just keeps impressing me. At this point, 120-yard games for him are just casual. JJ put up 123 yards on 12 catches and a touchdown absolutely torching Stephon Gilmore all throughout the second half. JJ has a real shot of hitting the 2,000-yard mark which is absolutely mind-boggling.

3. K.J. Osborn:

This is the K.J. Osborn game we have been waiting for all season. Osborn really broke out in this game putting up 157 yards on 10 catches and a touchdown. He continued to make play after play and really sparked the comeback for the team in the second half.

4. Kevin O'Connell:

Kevin O'Connell does it once again. He rallied this team down 33 points at the half to bring them to the biggest comeback in NFL History. What KOC has been able to do with Kirk Cousins this season is just absolutely amazing.

5. Duke Shelley:

Duke was very impressive being the main CB2 for the Vikings on Saturday. Shelley started the season not even on the active roster and has turned into a great pickup for this team with Dantzler and Booth both dealing with injuries. Dule was the highest-graded Viking by PFF this week.

Honorable Mentions: Dalvin Cook and EVERYONE SKOL BABY

Losers of the game

1. The Officiating:

This officiating has just been awful this season. So many terrible calls against the Vikings including 2 scoop and scores for the Vikings which would also have resulted in Kirk not throwing the Pick Six. Just a terrible job by this crew.

2. Special Teams:

Special teams were really bad in the first half of the game. With a failed fake punt, a blocked punt turned touchdown, and bad return defense over and over again they were the reason we were so behind in this game. But in the end, Greg Joseph came up clutch to hit the game-winning field goal to pull off the biggest comeback in NFL History.
